Thanks to our integral supporters and visitor donations, the Police Museum is currently FREE for general admission.
Staying accessible is an important piece to our social impact strategy as we strive to connect Calgary citizens and visitors to the City’s police service.
A donation of $5 per person is appreciated when possible.
When the Free Things Happen
Programs and presentations are offered during all public days. Occurrence is based on the availability of our volunteers and staff. Please call ahead if your heart is set on a specific experience or presentation.
Investigate your own fingerprints using real-world Ident. technology. You may be surprised that the ol’ ink and finger roll is still used by most Police Services. Find out why this method is preferred and how Hollywood’s fiction is causing trouble in the court room.
PICS ON PATROL
Snap a pic of your kiddos patrolling the streets of Calgary wearing actual uniforms, ranging from historic to today. Remember to use @youthlinkyyc as we love following the action.
SAFE FOR LIFE PRESENTATIONS
Join a family-friendly presentation in the Museum’s Safe for Life Zones. Offered throughout the day (depending on capacity and staff resources).
Science and investigative adventures available on Saturdays at the Police Museum – only $19 per child for a half day program.
