Info Asked During Registration 

The following information is asked during the registration process, however, if you do not have these details today, you may provide them upon arrival for camp.

  • Your child’s Alberta Health Card Number may be entered upon booking your child.
  • Emergency contact information.
  • Adults authorized for pickup.

 

Are children divided by age?

Yes, depending on number of participants and ages of participants.

 

Do you provide before and after care for camps?

We currently are not able to provide before and after care. However, if this service would have made your day easier or if not providing this service has deterred you from registering your child, we would love to hear this feedback. Please email youthlink@calgarypolice.ca to let us know your thoughts on before and after care.

 

Pick up and Drop Off Times

Participants must be dropped off (no earlier than 8:50am) and picked up (no later than 4:00pm) by the adult making the booking or identified adult/guardian.

 

Does my child have to be the specified age?

Yes. Our programs are specifically designed to provide the most positive experience possible for the ages selected.

 

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes. A waiver must be signed by the participant(s) parent/guardian. This waiver will be emailed to you prior to your arrival and may be printed (one per participant) and signed or you may sign a provided copy upon arrival.
