Join us for a self-guided exploration of the museum with your group. There will also be the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt and other activities on the museum floor. Please note: Schools are NOT eligible to book these experiences. Please see the “Schools” tab for school programming options.

Length of Visit: Maximum 1.5 hours.

Maximum Group Size: 25 participants.

Age of Participants: All participants must be 6 or older.

Supervision Ratios: 1 adult supervisor per every 5 youth participants.

AVAILABILITY

September to June: Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00AM to 4:00PM

July and August: Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10:00AM to 4:00PM

Due to capacity restrictions and other programming group bookings may be restricted during busy periods.

GROUP BOOKINGS FAQ

What is the cost of a group visit to YouthLink?

Admission to YouthLink is free. We strongly recommend a $5.00 per person donation. This can be done online at the time of booking or in person at the museum when you arrive. We accept cash, debit, VISA, and MasterCard at the museum.

What can our group expect during our visit?

A self-guided exploration of the museum. There will also be opportunities to participate in a scavenger hunt and any activities that are running during the day in the museum space.

Does YouthLink offer group bookings outside of public hours?

No, group bookings are only available during our public museum hours listed above.

Does YouthLink offer guided group visits?

No, at this time YouthLink is only able to offer self-guided exploration visits to the museum.

Is YouthLink wheelchair or mobility accessible?

Yes, YouthLink is wheelchair accessible. The museum is located on the ground floor of the facility.

Are food and beverages available for purchase at YouthLink?

We do not have any food or drink available for sale on the premises. YouthLink does not allow open food or drink in the museum space. All food and drinks must be sealed and stored in backpacks/bags. We do not have any space available inside for the consumption of food or drink during your visit.

Can you offer a lunch space or room for our group during our visit?

No, YouthLink is unable to offer a lunch room or space to groups due to booked programming in the centre. Open food and drink are not permitted in the museum. When weather permits, there are benches outside of the facility where food and drink may be consumed.

What are the YouthLink Museum rules?

No running, yelling, or climbing in the museum space. No food or drinks allowed in the museum. All youth under 12 must remain with their supervisors at all times.

What if my requested group visit date cannot be accommodated?

Our booking coordinator will work with you to find an alternative date and time for your group to visit the museum.
